This week, Juno Web Design has started its extended hours.

We've always been on hand to answer questions and fulfill request, plus cover any problems or issues that clients have come across when dealing with Magento eCommerce and WordPress sites, but we have decided to streamline this process by having one of our expert team in the Juno office until 11pm.

Whether you're inquiring about our range of services, or need a tweak on your site, you will now be able to speak to one of the Juno Team between the hours of 9am and 11pm. Having someone in the office allows our team members to access servers and sites quickly and efficiently, so in many cases we can take a look at the issues, whilst we are on the phone to you, our client.

Our in house team member can spend time working on sites during the peace and quiet of the evening, whilst answering calls from a range of clients.

Another reason for extending our hours is for our overseas clients. They can now speak to someone rather than communicate by emails.

Its another smart service from Juno Web Design, now trading from 9am to 11pm.
