For Contracts Finalised by 31st March 2024:

If your contract is sealed on or before 31st March 2024, you have the option to stick with the pre-existing rates. These rates include a platform fee of 0.25% of D2C volume and 0.18% of B2B volume, with a minimum monthly charge of $2,000 (whichever is higher). Transaction fees vary based on your choice of payment gateway, with Shopify Payments offering a 0% transaction fee. Additional stores beyond the included 10 will be charged at £250 each.

For Contracts Starting After 31st March 2024:

Beginning 1st April 2024, new contracts will see changes in Shopify Plus pricing options based on the duration selected.

• 1-Year Option:The platform fee increases to 0.40% of D2C volume and 0.18% of B2B volume, with a minimum monthly charge of $2,500 (whichever is higher). Transaction fees remain dependent on your chosen payment gateway, with the addition of a 0.20% external gateway fee.

• 3-Year Option: Opting for a three-year commitment presents an alternative. The platform fee becomes a fixed £2,300 per month or 0.35% of monthly sales volume (whichever is higher). Transaction fees mirror the 1-year option, and the additional store cost remains at £250 each.
