We are honoured to take on the redesign for one of the oldest biggest and most highly trafficked websites in the world.... The Windows Users Group Network. The site is dated and has a high bounce and low conversion rate which means that it is not reaching a huge percentage of the visitors. This is due largely to the aging design and the call to action... it is not clear on visiting the web design what you are supposed to do and what is available within. More than this they have a forum with 7 million posts that is simply not even mentioned on the homepage.
So we are starting with the Brand and promoting a new brand strength, a new image and look and feel.
It needs to have a much clearer relationship with the Windows Logo.
